Working with Brennenman Lea Companies was a hassle free operation. Our Project manager James easy to work with. He always kept me informed on each phase of the garage build and patio pour. All the contractors used would show up within a half an hour of the time James said they would be here. They took care of all the permits and worked well with the inspectors. I would recommend them any of your construction needs.

Overall our experience working with Brenneman Lea was excellent and we would highly recommend them. We really liked the portal as it was helpful to see progress against the proposed timeline and it was helpful for communication. The team was very responsive and did a great job of staying on schedule. The team was detail oriented and very communicative. Sam did a great job of keeping us in the loop and working through any minor issues along the way. There was strong project management and we felt very comfortable and in the loop during the project. We will certainly use them again for future projects. Everything turned out great!

We used Brenneman Lea for kitchen / living room remodel and finishing a basement. They were great to work with. We really appreciated that they use an online platform called JobTread that allowed us to see the progress on our project, expected completion dates, and was a place to keep all communication in one spot.

We recently completed a major renovation project that included a full master bathroom remodel, raising the ceiling in our living room, adding a new fireplace, and installing an additional heating and cooling unit, and the results are outstanding!

We met Brenneman when we needed repair on our enclosed porch on our house built around 1900. He was good at communicating, as well as he did a good job at a fair price. Most recently we used him as our realtor. We had a full price offer within five business days. That offer fell through to no fault of ours or his, and we had a second offer within the next five business days, also full price. We continue to utilize him for our new half bath in our new home and will for future projects as well.

I hired Brenneman a few years back to install a new bathroom in my basement and it turned out amazing. When I found out he handles real estate too, I had no doubt he would be great choice to have sell our house. He made the process go incredibly smooth and had the house sold within the first 4 days. We used Brenneman for our kitchen cabinet installation and we are so happy that we did. He has worked with our cabinet company so he proactively reached out to our sales rep and got more details on the project to ensure an accurate quote. He got us on his schedule in a timely manner and executed the project perfectly. We ran into a few things as our house was built in the 1950s and some walls were off level, but Brenneman adjusted things to make the cabinets look great! We will definitely be using him again in the future.
